User Eligibility
To use TravayRodTwa, you must be at least 18 years old. However, minors are allowed to apply for jobs and create service profiles, provided their accounts are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. The account description must clearly state that it is managed by an adult and specify the relationship between the minor and the adult.
Account Registration
When registering an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. In case of any unauthorized use of your account, you agree to notify us immediately. Pro Verified accounts enjoy enhanced visibility and credibility on our platform, increasing your chances of connecting with potential clients or employers.
Service Fees
TravayRodTwa provides basic services at no cost. However, to ensure a higher level of trust and credibility, there is a one-time, lifetime fee of Rs. 200 for profile verification. Paying this fee will mark your profile as a “No Spammer,” signaling to others that your account is authentic and reliable. This fee applies only to the verification of profiles and does not extend to individual services offered on the platform. Once paid, the “No Spammer” badge will remain on your profile permanently.
User Conduct
At TravayRodTwa, we have zero tolerance for spam. Users agree to use our platform for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from posting any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that breaches these terms. If there is a dispute between parties, the involved accounts will be placed under strict review. We may ban accounts if violations are confirmed.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on TravayRodTwa, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of TravayRodTwa or its content creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our express written consent.
Dispute Resolution and Account Suspension
In the event of a dispute between users, TravayRodTwa will conduct a strict review of the accounts involved. If we find any violations of our terms, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban the offending account. Users found in breach will be notified and given an opportunity to address the issue before a final decision is made.
Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time.
Limitation of Liability
TravayRodTwa is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Your use of the site is at your own risk.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mauritius.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
